Networking and Backing Up Studio Manager

Many computers can share the same Studio Manager data, and can work with it at the same time. By configuring one computer as the Primary, other Client computers connect to it and share the same data and operate concurrently using a network and mapped drives. Setup is simple and it's an easy way to have access to your information in front and back office.

Studio Manager is capable of backing itself up to any writable media, including Floppy Disks, USB Keychain Drives and Removable Hard Drives. Studio Manager's built-in backup and restore feature allows you to easily save your data at the touch of a button.

Studio Manager gives you the ability to export information to Microsoft Excel or Plain Text. This information can be used to generate Mail Merge documents with Microsoft Word, or to print Mailing Labels or Envelopes. From the Export Data menu, choose Single File.
