Getting Started with Studio Manager

Once you have Studio Manager downloaded and installed, getting set up is very simple. Follow the instructions on this page to walk through the following options:
- Set Studio Name and Address
- Set up billing options
- Configure your internet password
- Add you class cost schedule

Studio Name, Address, Billing Options and Internet Password
|
From the Program Setup menu, click the Setup option. You may be prompted to select an Internet Password.
- Enter your Studio Name, Address and Phone Numbers as you'd like them to print on reports
- Register your copy of Studio Manager by clicking "Register My Copy"
- Configure billing options
- Set a password for Studio Manager
- Be sure to enter your PayPal account here. This PayPal account is used when you send out electronic invoices by email. When you use this option, your parents pay directly into this account.

Setting your Class Cost Schedule
|
From the Program Setup menu, click the Class Charges option.
- This screen will change based on which billing options you've selected for your Studio
- For each step in your class cost schedule, create an entry here
- If taking one class per week costs $80 a month, enter between "1" and "1" classes and whatever amount a family/student will be charged if that is all they're taking
- If taking two classes per week costs $105 a month, enter between "2" and "2" classes and whatever amount a family/student will be charged if that is all they're taking
- If taking nine or more classes per week costs $240 a month, enter between "9" and "99" classes, and the amount you'd like a family to be billed
